Metabolism Measured - Please Help!!!

I had my metabolism measured this morning. It measured at 1150 calories at complete rest (RMR). I am only 5'1" and I exercise 5-6 times per week (strength and cardio).

What now? How many calories should I figure with exercising to lose weight?

PLEASE HELP!!!
 
You're burning 1150 at complete rest, but since you're moving and working out that means during your day you're burning much more then 1150 calories. Eating 1150 calories you'll loose weight. You can probably eat even slightly more, and its best not to eat any lower then your RMR to prevent muscle loss and slowing down your metabolism.
How much do you weigh? My RMR is also 1150.
 
I don't know my weight exactly because I don't usually weigh myself (my weight fluctuates a lot) and I've been sick for a while and couldn't workout, so I gained some weight. I'm guessing I'm about 112-115 right now. My goal is 105. I'm only 5'0. My fitness level kind of sucks right now too so I'm going to start with Timesaver workouts and 1 total body workout.
I know usually people say to eat 10 or 12x your weight to loose 1lb a week (which is the ideal level you want to loose weight), but ofcourse that also depends on how active you are.
 
I don't know anything about measuring metabolism, I just know from reading up on Freestyle training, to lose weight you need to eat less calories than you burn.
It works for me, I am at my goal weight now, but I would not be upset if I lost a few more lbs....... I am looking to get a little more toning in certain places......... Rhonda
