Hi Cathe and crew,
Is it too soon to have an idea of how hard will the new workouts be, speaking in terms of MET? Or, could you give us a list of them, ordered by their difficulty, as given for Sts shock cardio series, or LIS series?
Can' wait to have more and more details about this new creature of Cathe's... Thank you so much for the reply and for all the work you're doing just right now!

Where can we find the information for STS and LIS? (I'm new to Cathe, so I missed it first time around)

Hi Jen!

You are very welcome!
here you will find info about the Shock cardio series (in the thread there's Cathe's answer)
http://cathe.com/forum/f115/order-intensity-easiest-hardest-271239/

and here you find an answer provided by SNM about the LIS series:

But if you want infos about the met value, use the workout manager and for each dvd you will have plenty of information: MET value, duration time, premixes compositions...They offer a really high quality tool, I could not live without it! :D:eek:

Sorry Ladies, but if you don't mind, please clue me as to what's MET? This sounds like useful and important info, but I just don't know. :)

Thank you.
