Hi Franci! I just wanted to let you know how things are going for me w/the rotation that you were kind enough to send me.
Its WONDERFUL!!
I love it so much & this is only my 2nd week. The only 2 things that I changed in it was the Cardio Kicks tape I mix up this day (i.e., last week did 1/2 hr. of kickboxing & then went into 1/2 hr. of pilates) & also I don't have the time to do the cardio guerilla but oh well its still a marvelous workout. I've also cut out some junk food that I was pigging out on
& so far can see a change in my body. Its getting a little bit slimmer. Thank you so very much for helping me & will update you again once I'm finished w/the 6th week. Hopefully by then you can come up w/another rotation (hmmm?) ;-) Best, Kathy
