MESOCYCLE 3

Ive done Meso's 1 and 2 but not back to back. I've been wanting to do Meso 3 (just the upper body workouts) but they are a bit longer than I'm looking for. Can these workouts be shortened and still be effective and do you just stop halfway thru the disc or are the exercises organized that you just skip a set here or there?
 
M3 is the heaviest weight you will use in the STS program. You need the extra time between sets for the energy cycles to do their thing. HTH

I am part way thru meso III - Love it the most!!! I would say that if you are pressed for time, you could do 3 sets instead of 4 - meso III so far has been push/pull with 4 sets of each exercise combo e.g. flat bench press followed by bent over rows (after a rest of course), flat bench fly with one armed rows etc. This is what I think: better to do what you can than not at all for meso III 'cos it's outstanding. But I love pushing heavy weight. I hope that helps.
