Hi ladies,

just posted this thread on Cathy's site but also wanted to get your input. I am on a 6 month rotation. Just completed week 1 of meso 3. Then I got sick and couldn't work out for a whole week. I am ready to start again but don't know where to start. I was thinking about repeating week 1 for one week or moving right into week 2. What would you guys suggest?

I would repeat week 1 if it were me. That said, I don't think I would double up on M3. I did the 3 month rotation, and am now in M2 of a 6-month-rotation, and I know I will not do M3 as an 8-week cycle. I think I recall Cathe also saying that this works well as a 5-month rotation, with M1 and M2 done over 8 weeks each, and M3 done as is over 4 weeks. If you do M3 as an 8-week cycle, I'd love to hear your results!
