meso 3

Hi everyone,

I am on my first week of meso 3 and absolutely love it. The plyo leg workout is amazing. It challenged me to the max. I even shed some tears of joy at the end of the workout because it was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done. My question is, since this particular leg workout has a lot of cardio and less weight lifting segments, could I do this workout twice a week? Since I don't have the tower yet, I want to safe the heavy strength segment with the squat-rack-routine for later. Any suggestions?

Thanks a mill you wonderful ladies out there.

You may already know this but you do realize the Cathe tower is not a squat rack. Just ignore me if you are talking about another tower ;)

I was going to chime in with this too! (your so diplomatic catherine!:):))

Also, Ela, you do not need a squat rack to do Meso 3 squat rack legs - that is optional. On the disc Cathe is using her weighted vest and the amount of weight she can lift to hoist over her head.

I just did Plyo for the first time, I think you can safely do Plyo twice a week, but I would space them far apart, like Monday and Thursday or Wednesday and Sunday. I did Meso 1 legs twice a week, but I couldn't even think about doing Meso 2 legs twice a week, I needed the whole week to recover from the tri-sets!

Thanks Catherine, that was helpful. I guess I got confused and need to go to a gym if I don't have enough weights a home to support the squat rack routine.

Thanks Janis,

great suggestions. I am going to snoop into the programm to see what is suggested in terms of weights.
