Meso 3 ?

I'm confused on which rotation to do. Don't have a squat rack, but just ordered the weighted vest. My goal is to lean out and tone, not bulk up. What's the actual difference between the two as far as results go?
Thanks

Hi Christine! If you want true total strength (the goal of Meso #3) then you really need a squat rack. Second choice is to use a weighted vest but it's still not going to get the truest strength results that the squat rack would allow for (however still delivering a close second best as long as your weight is challenging enough). Knowing that most of our customers probably would not have a squat rack, we created the plyo workouts to enhance explosive strength. While this is not a replacement for the strength the squat rack routine would develop it is an option we think most of our customers would/will probably enjoy more anyway as it delivers great leg shaping/strengthening results too.

To address your question most specifically Christine, I think you will enjoy both routines (or three depending on how you look at it). Neither will bulk you up. Both will increase your lean muscle mass, stimulate your metabolism, and keep your calories burning at a higher ratio all day long. If you find however, that you prefer the plyo workouts, you can still do a lot with your weighted vest. For instance, you can put it on when doing your Meso 1 or 2 leg workouts for a real challenge (just don't recomment wearing it on deadlift moves as it shifts your weight off center). You can also put it on for push ups, pull ups, walking workouts, walking lunges, etc. These vests are really a great enhancement to your fitness program.

Good Luck!

Is there a way to build a bigger butt? I have found since having kids my butt has gotten flat and started to sag. I would like to not just firm and lift but also build it. How can do this??

Leg presses will make an incredible difference in the lift of the butt. I am not thin or in good shape, by any means, but I often get compliments from a couple of women at work about the lift of my butt. I HATE leg presses - but, my gosh, they work!
