Next week I am starting Meso 3 (I just can't do the 3 month, I did Meso 1 and 2 in the summer and took a break)
I will do 2 day legs with rack and one day Plyo Legs (off course some cardio in other days too)
I am wondering if that will make my legs smaller or should I not do the Rack?
