Hi Cathe! I know that the calves are worked pretty hard with all the jumping in the Meso 3 plyo workouts, but I was wondering why specific calf exercises were left out of the heavy leg routines.
I know the primary goal of Meso 2 is hypertrophy, so if I want to grow my calves I guess I should stick with those routines.
But for strength, can you suggest a calf routine to add on to the heavy squat rack workouts? Or would you suggest doing that? When I see people talk about calf workouts, they always say how they can take way more reps, so does endurance/hypertrophy/strength work the same way for calves? Should I just add on the Meso 2 calf routines to the Meso 3 heavy leg routines to strengthen them?
