I finished disc 21 this evening and am really feeling down about it. I thought I should be getting stronger, and for some muscle groups do feel stronger, but for others - not so much. In Meso 1 I was able to do preacher curls and inclined alternating curls with one particular weight, but in Meso 3 I feel like I'm struggling big time.
Maybe it's the way the exercises are ordered and my muscles are already fatigued? Has anyone else felt this way?
