MESO 2 = DOM CITY

I am still amazed with the results I am having with STS.

Before this program I had hit a definite plateau, no matter what Cathe or a few other muscle training I tried.

I did the Week One Back and Biceps = OMG!

I have new had such DOMS in my life.

In fact, I have not ever had such an intense and effective weight training DVD.

I can only say that STS has exceeded my expectations in every way.

I know I've said this once, but again, STS preorder for $199 is the best $199 I've ever spent!
 
Everyone is so different. I had DOMS galore in Meso one and absolutely none in Meso Two. I did Meso 3, week three of squat rack legs yesterday and I am definitely feeling it ttoday!!
 
The only DOMS I had during Meso 1 involved my legs. I didn't feel much in my upper body. Well, that's a different story in Meso 2!! That first Chest/Shoulder/Tricep workout I did six days ago is STILL with me. I was a little less sore after the Bicep/Back workout, but still felt it. And what surprised me the most is that I had DOMS in my legs, which I didn't expect to feel given this style of lifting. So I'm three for three with DOMS right now in Meso 2 and am looking forward to doing these workouts again (since I'm on the six month rotation).

I've been working out with Cathe for over 10 years and have been pretty serious about the weight lifting I've done, but I've never seen the results in my body that I've seen with STS. My husband keeps telling me that he wishes I'd taken some 'before' photos of myself. I've never done anything like that because I just don't usually see visible results from a workout program. But this one.....this one I'm seeing.
