meso 2 as full body workout

so i like doing full body workouts and i want to try and lift heavy without feeling like i'm totally killing one body part in a workout. so today i decided to do meso 2 as a full body workout and absolutely LOVED it! I took week one and pulled one exercise for each body part and for legs i took the first triset. I lifted as heavy i could and reached failure at the end of each set. Doing it this way let me give 100% during each exercise and i didn't feel worn down at the end. Plus, switching to different body parts made the time fly by. It only took about 40-45 min and then i finished up with 15 min of HIIT at 12% incline: run for 1 min at 6mph and walk for 1 min at 3mph (repeat 8 times) So I just wanted to share. I know full body workouts are all the rave right now so its a way to use your STS in this fashion. I do better with full body b/c there are always days i end up missing due to a busy schedule so some body parts get skipped when i try to do a traditional split. Just wanted to share:)
