How about a weight workout geared toward men. Something that can be done in about 30 - 50 minutes - with at least 10 min of abs. I don't think a lot of men do step (like my husband) but he does the treadmill. I am not sure if you could incorporate that.
Also, The children of this nation are so out of shape. It amazes me to think of how active I was in my grade-school/teen years compared to how kids are now. A childrens and/or a teen workout would be great! Something about 30 - 40 min. for age 8-12 and 40 - 50 min. for age 13 and up. Kids would probably like something to do with kick, punch, crunch.
