<<<< MELTING on Tuesday >>>>>

Ok, I am a terrible melter! Kristi, I forgot to say hi to you this morning! I am so sorry! I am in awe of your training with your DH (and a tad jealous)! }(

I am about to leave to get Emma from piano, but needed to say hi to Kristi AND tell Liann that I am so jealous of her new workout wear! I love the tops! The dress is neat too. I especially love the print. I love a bold print with subdued colors. I think you would look gorgeous in it! :)

OK, hi to everyone and know that I am thinking of you. :)

*drags butt into thread* good grief, the sleepy thing is hitting me this afternoon! I still have not worked out yet--bad Tneah, very bad.

Leanne, loving, loving that dress! I also adore the shoes they show with it on the side of the page? Very cute. But can you do an ankle strap? I cannot due to my shorter legs, they seem to cut my leg in half making it appear shorter and stumpier. I think those colors, style, everything is just perfect for you. Your hair is reddish? Perfect colors for your hair and skin tone as well. The tops are adorable, I like to wear the longer tops now that I am not as "ab friendly" as I was a month ago.;) Its not like I have this big roll or anything, just a tiny one that I do choose to look at when I am working out thank you very much.:)

Kara, Emma takes piano lessons? I think Sophie does as well. I took 9 years of piano and can play okay. I have a piano that I tinker with every now and then.:)

Kristi, I eat better in the colder weather, isn't that strange? The heat and me do not work well together, I am more of a polar bear I think.:) BTW, it was over 100 degrees here today, oh joy.

Since my energy is bad right now, I thought I would skip the itread and the upper body and try the Red Carpet Workout for fun. Just a trial run to see if I am going to like doing just that for the next few months like I had planned. My tummy kinda hurts too which is strange for me...

Kristi, belated welcome to our group. Thanks for the mention of your first post, so I could get to "know" you. Wow, you and your DH have quite a story to tell and a great way to tell it. Good luck with your challenge. It certainly sounds daunting.

Leanne, cute dress.

Tneah, I took about 6 years of piano lessons and can barely play chopsticks. Dumb kid that I was. Now I regret never practicing.

I'm home from a meeting at church and have to try to get to bed. I'm still a little on Mountain time and think it's time for dinner, not bed. Night all.

Robin -- thank you for taking the time to read my post and other stuff!

Tneah, Kara, & Robin -- I took piano lessons for about 9 or 10 years, and I can still play for my own enjoyment, but I rarely do. I made my DDs take for about 6 years -- I finally relented and let them quit last year after the 8th grade. I'm not sure they can play chopsticks -- despite all my overbearing efforts to make them practice. Oh, well,. . .

I was the weird kid that actually loved to practice...my dad played for our church congregation and the schools I went to did not have sports so music was the big thing.:)

OK...my Red Carpet Ready review: I did the first workout circuit three times. Those slidey things make for an excellent lower body workout for sure. But the upper body stuff? There just isn't alot to it or something, I am so used to doing alot of exercises for each body part or alot of sets, it felt strange, like I did not work out hard enough or something. Anyway, I posted my questions on the OD to the gals who love this workout.

Robin, You and DH look so dang young and are very good looking folks, whatever you are doing, keep on doin' it darlin!:7 Your sis and her DH look great too of course, but I was awestruck when I saw you guys!

Off to the bath and to bed early since I am still tired...
