Roxie, bet the dog is a cutie. I think they made corgis out of leftover parts anyway. Little legs, medium body, ran out of tails, etc... and what is KCM?

I don't think I did enough work out on Tues for all of us to take a rest day! besides, I used it as my cardio on Wed. : P

I'm still doing CTX series, but today I subbed Intensity for CTX KB and took a 20 min bike ride after that was done. I liked Intensity, it was fun, tho I was a little laggy in some places since I cheated so extensively. We'll see if this eve's hang out and wait for kids turns into another walk/jog/sprint/funny walks/walking lunges extravaganza or a nap in the car. ; )

Jody-he looks more like a beagle but he has short stubby front legs. KCM is Kelly Coffey Meyer.
 
Hey, Ladies. Today's workout for me was a modified High Reps. I was short on time and only 2-3 sets of each exercise. I've been out of the loop for a little bit, so I'm just getting back started. My eating was on point til I got home. I still kept it under 1900, so that's not too, too bad.
 
Doh! Abs, I left them out. Oh well. I did put in a walk sprint jog thingy today during wait time for kid. Ahh, KCM, I've heard of her but haven't had the opportunity to do one of her w/o.

Jody-I have alot of her workouts and even though they are only 30mins they are tough, my legs are really sore from last night and I can tell my upper body will be screaming tomarrow.
 
I took the morning off. We were out late, ate late, kids went to bed late, and DH snored and tossed and turned. I just needed a minute to catch up on what I missed. I was so tired at work in the afternoon and cold not rest when I got home so I used the morning to rest and refuel. I don't like taking too many rest days because it is so easy to fall into that "I don't want to work out" rut.

Hey, anyone planning to watch the Cathe webcam? I would like to but that is all I need at work, to be caught watching Cathe. I don't think the boss will like it.

Gonnabe, how do you like High Reps? I have it but I don't remember if I have done it or merely previewed it. Yea! for Cathe and all our excellent w/o choices.

Today I might just hit Abs and do my dance class since I am overall tight and want another day of rest before I Leaner Legs which is cued up next in for me in CTX.

I'm anticipating a noticeable fitness increase once I regularly do my jog sprints. Previously, when I added the sprints and blasts, my overall endurance went up.

Good morning! Don't know when I will get a w/o in because...we are getting our air/furnace installed today! Happy dance! I don't like to w/o when strangers are in the house! Murphy, hope you get some sleep in this weekend! Jody, HR is fun. I find it more challenging than PH. Roxie, I see it is still hot where you are. Good Morning,

I didn't hardly sleep at all today really tired. I was suppose to do KCMs Plyo Blast but I know I won't be up for that one so it will be cardio of some kind.

Mary-it isn't suppose to be as hot today low 90's but the heat index will be high due to humidity and we are expecting storms again. Glad to hear you are getting a new furnace.

Jody-her wt. workouts are only 30-40mins to so there isn't a dread factor.
 
Hey, ladies. Sorry I've done any personables. So busy, just trying to check in everyday for now.

Workout today was CCC. Im not very fond of this cardio, but I did burn 689 calories in 49 min. I've lost a pound in the last two days. So, yeah.

Somebody asked how I liked HR. Well, I love it. I hate when I dont have time to do it all. Its a great endurance workout with weights. Its one of my favorites.
 
Hey everyone, running behind today, got up late, but still worked out, JL R&C, got to work a bit late, climbed up the 4 flights of steps only to have to turn around and go back down for a fire alarm (someone burned something in the microwave again), walked .25 miles out to where we are supposed to go and then had to turn around walk back, ran up the stairs that weren't as crowded and whew, felt I really had worked out.

Mary, hoping to go next Wed. I can't believe you've been without air so long

Roxie, SUPPOSED to be a bit cooler today (couldn't prove it to me at 9:30 am I sweated after the fire alarm). We may not make it into the 90s, so far 14 days straight over 90 (not normal for us), but then it goes up to mid 90s starting tomorrow, so much for a bit cooler, I think we are in for more hot, ugh.
 
Hey, yall. I'm stopping in for another quick post. today's workout was STS Total Body. I love heavy weight; hate it takes so long. I did get lost in the workout itself and time went by without it being a grudgery.

Tomorrow's workout should be a 3 mile run and extra long stretch.

Busy day today.

Lisa, what area of the nation do you live in? Im near Atlanta and your weather sounds like mine.

Yesterday I did 4DS LIS and Core (not the wts). This was my first time doing that w/o. It was fun and wasn't that hard to follow except the 3rd section was tricky. I think I can beef up the intensity once I learn it well. I look forward to doing it again. Have you guys like the 4DS series?

I think I have to do Leaner Legs today no matter what but I may add in jog again depending on if I have to wait for kid at activity.

Good Afternoon,

It was cool enough I could go for a walk the humidity was horrible though. I walked 2 miles in the park then went to the farmers market and spent the morning cleaning house. My dds are coming over tonite both of their other halves are out of town so it will be just the 4 of us again.

Jody-I like the 4ds except for HIS LIS is one of my go to workouts.
 
Hello Ladies. No workout for me today. I went to bed late and woke up late. I've got to plan my rotation for Aug. Wish me luck.
