Hi everyone.
I'm soooo sleepy today. It's one of those days where I can barely stay awake for some reason. At least Isaac's already home from his last day of school, and we have no other set plans for the day. I figured (aside from DH's lesson in responsibility idea) that I should send Isaac to school today so he could say goodbye one more time to his friends and teachers. He was happy to go this one last day anyway.
Robin, yep, Isaac brought home his report card today. It hadn't even occurred to me until you mentioned it, and sure enough he got it.
Deb, I won't slap you for your opinion.

I admire DH and his strict principles. There's a reason he's a successful guy, after all. In spite of his crazy times in college, he still didn't miss class much or anything, whereas I was a really well-behaved college girl in some ways but didn't hesitate to skip classes right and left.
Leanne, every set of in-laws have their issues, I guess. I can't imagine mine doing that power play thing with the seat at the table, but on the other hand they never bother to visit us anyway. DH is sort of hurt at how little they call or anything--it's just the way they are. Anyway, point is, every family has their weird little things. Oh, and I wish you could smack BIL for not letting you watch your show. x(
Allie, so sorry you are tired, bloated, and cranky!!! Big ((((HUGS)))), sweetie.
Shannon, oh yeah, CCPP tomorrow. I can't count how many times I've thought about doing that without actually doing it. Maybe I'll manage tomorrow? I will think about it again, anyway.

I'd have to go in the morning before it gets too blasted hot, though--since I do jogging outdoors. Of course, I probably shouldn't jog on my knees, anyway, but I'm considering it.
Kristi, so sorry for the computer woes! It's so awful when our trusty little electronics let us down! Mine completely quit on me last year (May of '07, I think) which is when I bought my Mac. I love my Mac but I lost a few things on the old Dell. x( I don't know what the deal with the no wine in the grocery store thing is. You can buy beer but nothing else. It's so silly. It's not even like we're in a super-conservative area here. I'm pretty sure we could buy stuff down in Houston, and we definitely could in Europe. Yep, he's in a public school--it's like they just had them show up today so they could get the required number of days in. No particular summer plans for the boys, though we might go visit family in July. Summer day camps are insanely expensive up here (of course, maybe they're like that elsewhere, I don't know). Like I looked into an art camp for Isaac and it was almost $1000 for just 4 weeks. ***choke*** That's a bit much for my 5-year old to have a few hours a day of art camp. We are too cheap for that. We're also too cheap for the swimming pool club dues. Ugh. I'm thinking of nagging DH we should join the Y again, as it now seems pretty reasonably priced.
I don't know if I'm going to work out today--it's been another of those weeks for me. I might wait and do it tomorrow while DH is home so I can go for a walk/gentle jog. I'm also thinking of seeing if he'll do kettlebells with me tomorrow. So that means I should probably rest today. Except I won't actually rest much since I still want to do some cleaning and laundry (DH came home with lots of laundry last night). I am not going to push myself too much on the workouts until after July 4th since I have a lot to prepare before our party.
