Happy Friday, everyone!
What a plethora of threads we have going this morning!

(Edited to say: Whenever I use that word "plethora," I always think of the line from Steve Martin's film _Three Amigos_: "Would you say I had a plethora of sweaters?" OK, enough silliness!)
Well, the scale is up again, and I'm just so frustrated. I know we agreed to not stress about the scale, and I think I need Tneah's willpower to just toss it out. I like doing my weekly Friday check-ins, though, since they help me gauge where I'm at. The body fat level is UP on my Tanita scale, and yet DOWN on my hand-held thingie. What gives?! Well, today at noon I have my body fat scan, so I'll let you all know how that goes. At this point, I still feel really bad spending money on it, but I figure that it will hopefully help alleviate some of the stress by letting me know where I really am. I think I need the peace of mind right now!
Today is Muscle Endurance, and I'm starting my last week of these full-body rotations. I actually feel like I'm leaning out a bit, but the scale doesn't seem to agree.;-) After this coming week, I think I'm going to go back to splits, but I'm going to try an eight-day week so that I can do two days of legs and maybe a day of kettlebell work.
Oh, and I was talking to DH last night, and I think he might do STS with me when it comes out! We did the regular P90 together a couple of years ago, and it was fun working out together. He hasn't been working out at all lately, and I think he needs some help getting back into the swing of things. If he decides to do it, we might go ahead and switch out our office so that it's a workout room. I'm still working on him about getting an elliptical, too . . . . ;-)
And I found out that the in-laws and BIL will be here . . . TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY! UG!!!! OK, sorry for screaming in your ears.
Oops . . . I wrote a book again. Sorry to be so self-absorbed. :-( (Hangs head shamefully . . . .)
Hope your days are all off to great starts!

Hooray for Friday!
Robin -- Hope you have a wonderful, wonderful birthday today! You're such a special person, and I hope you have a very special day today!

And you certainly should have a few b-day goodies! }( Hope you enjoy Strike Zone today! That jam you made sounds wonderful. Is it an easy recipe to follow?
Shelley -- Loved the silly song thread! I laughed so hard when I read what everyone came up with! How did things end up going with your broken washer? Do you think that you'll be able to make the RT still? Hope so! You and Robin will have to let us know how you like Strike Zone. Is that pain still better? Hope so!
Deb -- Oh, the last day of vacation is always so sad. :-( How is Keegan doing? Do you think he'll be alright on his own when you head back to work on Monday?
Shannon -- Sounds like you had a relaxing evening last night with the family . . . despite the cleaning. ;-) You know, that Legs Blast premix on B&G could be a kick-butt way to start the weekend . . . literally!}(
Kristi -- Don't even worry one iota about not having time to do personals yesterday. Did the women come get the furniture from you yesterday? Is today the last day of VBS? And there are only a few more days until your challenge, right?! How exciting that it will finally be here.
Kara -- How did the dentist go yesterday? Is the door going in today? Hopefully the stress levels have gone down a bit!
Lainie -- How are you feeling today, chica? How awful that you're still not back to eating regular foods yet. Is the pain b/c of the braces, the pulled teeth, or both? Sending you {{{HUGS}}}!
Jennifer -- How have you been? Any more news about that new position you had applied for?
Tneah -- How are you feeling today, babe? {{{HUGS}}}! I'm so glad that you'll be seeing a regular Dr. on Tuesday. Maybe wait until then to stop your meds so you can see what he or she recommends about quitting them cold turkey. How did the Red Carpet workout go? Did you like it better after doing a couple of circuits? Hope so! Does DH get back today? And is the writing you're working on for the new ad campaign? It sounds exciting! I can't wait to hear more about it when you're able to give us more details.
