I introduced myself to Cathe with Mega Step Blast and it was the right choice. Next I took a step up and went to Step Max, another stellar decision on my part (HAHAHAHA!!)...now, what do you EXPERTS think would be the next level for a Cathe step tape? I have Maximum Intensity Cardio which I did today for the first time. The cardio kicked my butt (modified when I needed to) but I really enjoyed the step section. I want to increase the intensity of my step workout (after MSB and SM) and I'd like your opinions. What do you think???? Thanks so much!
