Medicine Balls

Thanks Sherry,

I'll check my local Wal-Mart. I was hoping Santa might bring me one, but if I can get one that cheaply, I'll give Santa a new list. :)

Walmart

I got my 5 lb medicine ball at Walmart too. It was 1/2 the price of the ones in those chain sporting goods stores. Mine is soft though and filled with sand, so it's different than the other med balls. But, hey, it works!

Thanks Sherry!!

Thanks for the tip. I got a 6 #er a few weeks ago but I am second guessing it might be too light??? (Who am I kidding??? Cathe will kill me!) I know Cathe said she is using an 8 pound ball. I may go pick up the 10 pounder for that price. THANKS again, Sherry! (BTW, did they happen to have an 8 also?)

Hi Debbie!!

No, they didn't have an 8lb. ball. They had 3 and 5 lb. balls like those green genie balls that Karen Voight uses in her vids.:)

Hi Judy!

Someone correct me if I am wrong:I THINK Cathe said that she would be using an 8 #er in the "I" Series. I just got home from Walmart and picked up 2-10 #ers for hubby & me!!!! They were $16.13 each. Great deal for a medicine ball. THANKS Sherry!!!!

RE: Hi Judy and Debbie!

Debbie,

You're TOO sweet! Judy, Cathe did say she was going to be using an 8# medicine ball. Oops, I guess they were $16.13, not $16.33. Wish my DH would have picked one up for himself. He is running 30 minutes a day and doing yoga, planks, and supermans, though. Guess I can't be too hard on him! I tend to be kinda irritable when I'm lifting heavy anyway, so it's probably best we keep our workouts separate!!!;-)
