Hi, Cathe (or anyone who knows):
I was recently given a medicine ball (9lbs.) and while I know what to do with it when someone else is around, I was wondering if anyone knew anything I can do with it by myself. I can't always coerce the 15 year old into working out with the old lady. Thanks. Hope you're well and happy...you must be on the home stretch by now.
