MEDIA PLAYER PROBLEM

Hi everybody,

can anyone help me, I cant seem to play the intensity series on windows media player, yet I can see all of the older series playing on it. I already have the intensity series but I just want to make sure that my media player is working properly in case I want to play the blast series on it.
Is there something that I need to do?.

I guess it's not just me. I have a whole new Dell system and everything is updated, but last night I tried clips of CTX and ME, and they don't show the exercises the same way the Power Hour clips do. I forget which one it was, but one of them was almost like a still version, with hardly any exercises demonstrated at all.

Anyone have any success with these new clips?
