I've been working out exclusively with Cathe now (along with running and inline skating) since about March. My weight hasn't shifted much, although I've lost about 4 lbs. But I did my measurements this morning and WOW! I've lost 1 3/4" on my waist, 1" on my hips, 1" on my chest, 3/4" on my thighs and 1/2" on my calves.
I'm quite thrilled and had to share with people I knew would understand
