I measured myself this morning to see if I have made any progress w/my girth. My question is how is it possible to lose anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2" in most places and gain a 1/4 of an inch in my upper thighs? I haven't been lifting weights I am just trying to get myself back into being consistant w/my step aerobics to start. Which has gotten way better in the last month and a 1/2!
