Where are all my people? LOL Doing "ok". I have been wanting to eat like crazy since Saturday. Don't know what has happened to me. But I have refrained!! It's hard, but I have. Doing good today. Tonight is KPC!

Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things are very well... you guys probably read my post about meeting Cathe :) IT was GREAT!!!!!!!

On Saturday evening I had a Gelati :( I split it with my husband... but still.... I ate out a few times and I tried to eat the healthiest thing in the menu.... Yesterday I had to run for 45 min. so I did Turbo Jam instead.... tonight is Body Max 2!!!!!! I can't wait... I love that workout :)

Breaksfast was a smoothie with hemp protein and lunch was a PB&J... I didn't have time to cook last night... dinner probably today will be tofu with veggies :)

Hi Carla! Today I had cottage cheese and pineapple for lunch, Yum, Yum:9 Not sure about supper tonight! I have Cardio and Weights tonight, Love, Love that workout.

I've never done Turbo Jam but KPC is awesome if you like kickboxing! Excellent workout!}(

I have to say, I love your upbeat attitude!

I never had cottage cheese and pineapple.... do you buy canned pineapple?????

I love Cardio & weights actually is my Favorite Cathe..... :)
