ME twice Check In: Saturday, 10/29/2005

Hello Muscle Maniacs!!!!

Today we do ME twice so I am ready to get completely toasted, are you?

Just a reminder, do what weights work for you. We want to do this back to back to get the full benefit because if you come back later, you in the day, you might be too tired then. So lets keep going. Take a 30 min. break inbetween for good eats and alittle rest.

I will be using the same weights as Cathe except 25# for bicep curls and going heavier on tricep (20# plate over head and 10# for kickbacks). I am doing ME at 10:30am sharp and will check back in when I am done.

FOCUS...FOCUS...FOCUS!!!!!! SWEAT...SWEAT....SWEAT....SWEAT!!!!!

WOOO-HOOO~!!

I did it! I don't know if I will be able to move the rest of the day, but I feel great right now!!}( I did it back to back. No break. I was scared I might not get back to it. Or I would run out of time.

That was so much fun! I am so glad I did it, and I am ready for another challenge!! Not real soon. Not like tomorrow or something, but I would love to do another one!!
 
I actually did this yesterday because of my work schedule. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The second time through I lightened up the weights a little and really tried to focus on form.
For squats I used #60/55. Leg presses #25/20. Curls #30/25. I used 6 risers and did the workouts back to back. I was still feeling sore in the triceps from doing the gymstyle workout on wednesday so I only used #15 for the overhead press and #8 for kickbacks. The lunges were the most challenging part, especially the second time. All in all, a wonderful challenge for me and I appreciate the opportunity to share stay motivated!

OMG .I did it .Got up early to pull it off before family woke up .. And the Lunges were the tuffest part .I used what Cathe did for wieghts.. I feel impowered !! LOL Ok I'm Off on Sunday LOL . So when are we doing Bootcamp x 2??? LOL
 
Okay.....it is 9 a.m. in Az right now. Getting the kids settled w/ a movie and then going to start. Will post as soon as I'm done.
 
You guys rock! Here I am dreading doing Circuit Max once but now I am feeling pretty lucky hearing you guys do that rocking workout. I actually love doing ME, but twice I would have to think about that. Maybe next time I will join you guys. Good Luck!

You gals are so inspirational!! I'm sticking to RS today (did the BootCamp/ME Premix Combo yesterday) because I'm feeling a little under the weather and want something not as tough. As I'm doing the Ricochets, I'll be thinking of y'all!
 
Oh I forgot I got back on to check on Toasty..Where are you ? Its 11:40 mountain time(on my clock LOL) ..I'm thinking your done by now .This was so fun !
 
YYYEEEAAAHHH!!! I did it! I definitely was feeling it! The first set of bicep curls I made it all the way through, the second time around was a lot harder. My legs definitely feel like jelly. I took a half hour break in between.Thanks for the challenge Charlotte. :)
 
I finished around 1:30pm. I went with the weights I said I was going to use and then took it down to 15# for curls second time around. The static lunges were just murder even the first time around. I feel great though. Could not get on the computer sooner as son was on mostly all day and now hubby wants on.
