Last week went pretty well for me with a little substitutions here and there. As I was waiting to receive a copy of PS back, Biceps and Abs and knew it wasn't coming until Friday, I decided to do the chest, shoulder and tricep sections of CTX plus the step aerobic portion of MIC at the beginning of this workout because I didn't have enough energy to do it after Tuesdays PS Legs and Abs tape. It worked better for me to do the cardio first and then strength train. Friday's Step Works was a lot of fun and on Saturday I decided to do Step Jam and then only did PS Biceps and Abs, didn't have enough time to do the back. Sunday was my day off.
Today, I had to do my workout in the morning before work. I generally do my workouts after work. Though I find it hard to find energy in the morning, I decided to do All Step today and then will probably follow the week as is switching Thursday with Power Circuit.
The rotation is doing great things for my body. Trying to eat more protein has really helped and drinking lots of water throughout the day to keep me hydrated. People are noticing at work that I've even lost a few pounds.
