Hi everyone,
Thought I'd give a try at creating an "Intermediate Rotation", this is what I do most of the time. Feel free to suggest anything that can improve this. Here it goes.
For Losing Weight and Gaining Muscle
Rule #1 On weight days use as heavy weight as you can with good form
#2 Drink plenty of water anytime and as needed
#3 Eat clean, at least 4-5 times a day everyday
Monday: Push Pull, 30 minute jog with a Stretch Max section
Tuesday: Step Heat
Wednesday: 10-10-10, cardio section only
Thursday: Push Pull, and one of Stretch Max section
Friday: CTX Kickbox, cardio section only and a Stretch Max section
Saturday: High Step Circuit, Step Jam, and a Stretch Max section
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Supersets, 30 minute jog with a Stretch Max section
Tuesday: Step Jam
Wednesday: Cardio Kicks
Thursday: Push Pull, with a Stretch Max section
Friday: Step Jam, with a Stretch Max section
Saturday: Cardio and Weights, Step Heat, and a Stretch Max section
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Push Pull, 30 minute jog with a Stretch Max section
Tuesday: Mega Step Blast
Wednesday: 10-10-10, cardio section only
Thursday: Supersets, with a Stretch Max section
Friday: Step Jam, with a Stretch Max section
