Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, May 26th at 9:15am EST, we'll be doing "Cardio Circuit Mash Up" Live.

You're going to love the energy this workout delivers. A fun, quick paced cardio weight circuit mixing blasts of cardio along with various resistance exercises. Lots of variety to keep it action packed.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

Two sets of moderately weighted dumbbells (we'll be using between 10 pounds or 12 pounds)

A medium tension resistance tube with handles

A Firewalker loop


A fitness mat
