Hi Everyone! This month we are alternating weeks of lower intensity with weeks of higher intensity exercise. Week one and week three will be lower intensity while weeks two and four will be higher intensity. Each week offers a mixture of cardio, core work, muscular strength and muscular endurance workouts. Eat right to enhance your results! Enjoy!

Wed….60 minute indoor/outdoor cycling workout
Thurs…IMAX Three
Fri……..Bootcamp Original
Sat……OFF/Stretch
Sun…..4DS Kickbox in its Entirety


WEEK THREE

Mon….MMA Kickbox
Tues….STS Total Body
Wed….MMA Boxing
Thurs…45 minute outdoor steady state run
Fri….MMA Fusion
Sat…. STS Total Body
Sun…..OFF /Stretch


WEEK FOUR

Mon….Cardio Kicks
Tues….Butts and Guts
Wed….Imax Two
Thurs…High Reps
Fri……Intensity
Sat….Lower Body Blast

Love the first read over this rotation CATHe! :D I enjoyed April's rotation very much and thought I might repeat it...well, that is until I saw what you have in store for us this month.

Ohhh there are a lot of DVDs I don't have from this list. A lot of creating substitutions may be needed....Looks fun though.

Today was my 1st time doing Intensity and I didn't do half bad. Most of the stopping was because I didn't watch it before. I like how you are altering low and high impact this month :)
