Just got done with ME , myself, and I agree, Vilma! Kickbutt workout! I love how it transitions so quickly from muscle group to the other, yet it works each to fatigue. Nice!! I did struggle a bit with some of the leg presses at the end. My right butt/hip area is still sore from that run on Thursday, and the leg press and the one legged raises kind of hurt, so I modified...
I just got an email saying my PS and Ab Hits was shipped! Vilma..I didn't realize you got Ab Hits too! You must have planted that idea in my head!! .. you evil woman, you! LOL!
I'm sure I won't get it for Mondays workout, but I'll just use my 4 DS substitution like I had previously planned. But yeah, I'm looking forward to doing PS too!

The sun is shining here too... it's torgous out and I HAVE to get out at some point, just to soak it up. And not get lost in indoor chores like I usually do on Saturdays!
I'm finally getting myself back to work this weekend! After 2 weekends off (planned and unplanned!), I'm kind of ready to go!! LOL!
