I just completed this for the first time. I was a bit uncoordinated on a little of the step sections involving the scoop but otherwise I made it through!! It was super tough and I burned over 800 calories!!:D It was a fun workout.

If I'm not too sore tomorrow I will do Butts and Gutts for the first time. :eek:
