What workout from the bodyblast series or the hardcore series is most like this workout? I have it on a rotation and I need to substitute with something else. If anyone can help I would appreciate it, thanks.

hhhmmm maybe the hi/lo from SJP then follow it with the any combo and the blasts from Step Blast. or KickMax Blasts and Step Only from LowMax OR if you have the harcore extreme dvd use the hi/lo intervals.

i don't have body blast on dvd but i have read about some of the premixes so i assume this could work from what i have read.

I'd say nothing from the HC series. From Body Blast I'd say SJP aerobics only premix do twice followed by Step Blast.

Thanks guys I really appreciate your information. I have to do this tomorrow so thanks for getting back to me in such good time:.)

Now, if you want to really kick it up a notch...there's the premix on the SB/SJP DVD that is all the cardio from both workouts. I think it's 90 minutes! This is really fun if you have the energy to do it!

Dear Diane Sue,

I'm 54 (close to your age). You Look Awesome! Please tell us your nutritional ratio of carbs, protien and fat intake. (Is it in that order?) Also pretty please give us a month or two rotation of what you do in cardio, strength training, and whatever else you may do to look this good at age 53. You Are Inspiring!

Janie

Thank you so much Janie. I am not great with diet. I try for 50 protein, 30 carbs and 20 fat. Most of the time it ends up more like 40 40 20. And sometimes I just cheat. We all need that once in awhile:) Although I love veggies and my proteins so it is not that hard. I have some rotations on my website and I have been posting on the Hardcore Checkins.
Sept was
Mon cardio, MM Lower only, Bowflex leg curls, extensions, press and calves, MM abs & st.
Tues Cardio, GS Triceps & Biceps, Core Max 3, Core Max 2
Wed. Cardio,GS back,shoulders, & biceps
Thurs. cardio, S&H legs, Bowflex extensions, curls and calves, Pyramid abs
Fri. Cardio, upper Pyramid Down
Sat. Cardio, SJP abs,SS abs & St
Sun. rest
Mon. Cardio, GS legs, Coremax Complete Core
Tues. cardio, GS back, S&H biceps & shoulders
Wed. cardio, S&H chest, triceps, abs and MM abs
Thurs. cardio, MM Lower premix, Bowflex leg curls, extensions, & calves, MM st.
Fri. cardio, SS upper blast premix
Sat. cardio, SS abs, Bowflex resisted crunches

This sometimes changed on the ab work and I added some other lower Bowflex exercises on the fourth week. On the second week I used GS for the back work to avoid the deadlifts that I had already done on Mon. & would be doing with the upper work on SS.
