Does anybody have the Maximum Intensity Cardio video and if so how is it? I am an advanced exerciser and am looking for something new that I can do. Is is really hard?

Hi,
I have this video and I love it. It is very challenging. I've had it for a couple of years and in the beginning I modified a lot and split the workout into two days. Now, I don't have to modify and I can do the whole tape in one workout. That was a big accomplishment for me and I felt great afterwards. You will love this tape. All of Cathe's are great.

I consider MIC one of my most challenging cardio videos. The hi/lo starts of low impact and fairly easy, but it gets more and more difficult as the video goes on and by the end of the workout I am gasping for air and drenched with sweat. This is a tough workout for even the most advanced exerciser and I would definitely recommend it!

It's a great video - very intense. I don't like working out with Cardio for more than an hour at most so I always split it into 2 workouts.. even doing this I am drenched after the step portion... OH those uneven squats! The music is fun too.

Thanks guys!! I just ordered and can't wait. You can get kinda bored working out at home just doing treadmill and weights. I went to the gym the other day with a friend and took an aerobics class and forgot how much I love it. (used to be faithful step aerobics girl) Thanks for the input

I hope you like it. I love step, but don't want to do that as my only cardio, so MIC is perfect because (I feel) you get 2 workouts for the price of one! I really love the music in the step section (of course furing the intervals - I couldn't tell you what music is on the video - I am breathing too hard to hear anything!) Do you have MIS? A thing I like to do is do the MIC Step with the MIS lower body section and then the next day do MIC hi/lo with the MIS upper body. Have fun!
