Maximum Definition - Help!!!!

I am looking for MAXIMUM definiton from my Cathe weight routines. I am currently doing Leaner Legs (Tues, thurs, sat)and the CTX Upper Body split (Mon, wed, fri). I do 50 - 60 min cardio run, bike elliptical 7 days a week. Abs 6 days a week, and diet is under control. I want to get great definition but not size. Any suggestions??? Please help.
 
This is Cathe's recent rotation suggestion for max fat loss/definition. It looks like you don't need to do as much weight training as you are currently, especially since you aren't looking to build. You can substitute your cardio for her step tapes if you like:
WEEK ONE:

Monday: CTX Upper Body
Tuesday: Imax 1
Wed: Leaner Legs
Thurs: MIC
Fri: Muscle Endurance
Sat: Walk/Run 40 minutes Plus Abs from Step Heat
Sun: OFF


WEEK TWO:

Monday: Body Max
Tuesday: Step Fit
Wed: Cardio Kicks
Thurs: OFF
Fri: MIS
Sat: OFF
Sun: Power Hour

WEEK THREE:

Monday: MIC
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: Pyramid Lower Body
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Circuit Max
Sat: OFF
Sun: Boot Camp

WEEK FOUR:

Monday: Step Works
Tuesday: Imax 1
Wed: Power Hour
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Pyramid Upper
Sat: Imax 2
Sun: Strong Legs and Abs
