hi jess! we love consignment shops... theres a great baby/kid shop less than a mile from me, great to have around! when i am bigger (like now) i dont have luck in 2nd hand stores as much but have lots of things that i will fit into again soon that were purchased used =)

lisa, awesome that you got c&w (one of all -time faves!!!) in even with all youre doing...football? work? omigosh. and ikwym about hosting things... but i always do it anyway...i do actually love the hosting part, just hate the cleaning up after. dh is so great with helping but i am super ocd about some things and it HAS to be my way.

the JJ sleep report: i am still in sleep he;;... hes GOT to be getting that 4th tooth and its just not popped through yet, pretty sure his top left gum is swollen and tooth will pop out any second, when i try to touch it he screams bloody murder. dh putting him down worked the first night, 2nd night was horrible, he gave up and called me to come home, think i already rept that? so im back on bedtime duty, dh gave up, lol. pushing the am nap to later so its just one nap/day... worked 3 days but today the stinker as up FOR GOOD at 4:30am, did not go back down. he needed that nap in the morning. i really do hope to keep pushing that am nap up so we shall see. i am also hoping that this freaking tooth pops through and that helps this craziness to end!!!!
my knee has not been great and my brain even worse, lol, due to a lack of sleep unparalleled by even the end of my pregnancy and early pp!! did yoga vids last 2 days (baptiste long and lean, ravi/ana beg and beyond, k voight yogasculpt, has pilates abs too). i would absolutely trip over myself with any cardio right now. maybe can try a leslie tomorrow. trying to work back up to yoga class-ready slowly but surely. i am adding to length of practice/wrist pressure each time and so far wrists are not bad. one vid from library was pretty weird when previewed but i actually felt great after doing it - the ravi/ana one. its VERY woo-woo for me, spiritual/eastern influenced, however you would describe it. so dont know whether it was the meditation or the movements or the breath practice or a combo of all these but i felt FAB after doing this both times. dh thought it was positively dreadful.
went out for a walk earlier with my flip flops on, stupid me, and my knee started hurting almost immediately. came straight home and changed into my sneaks and it was like, aaaaah, much better =) even a short walk requires good sneaks.
tomorrow my grandparents are coming for dinner - bbq. looking forward to that!
