Good Morning
Don't have to be at work till noon, so this morning i'm doing 4DS bi's and back then HIS cardio.
Just curious, how come Cathe doesn't show off her stomach or legs like she did in the past videos she has an incrediable body and it's so motivating, especially in her Gym Style videos.

Randy I know..She has like the perfect body and covers it up!! I love seeing her muscles work. It is inspiring.

I was fatigued today, I think my sleepless TUESDAY night kicked in! But I *forced* myself to do my workout this afternoon, and I feel soooo much better! Much more energy!

I did Interval Max (and I used the STEP on LOW 90% of the time!... I felt ready!!), and then did abs ..from Ab Ripper 200 (Power 90). That's such a great quick, little ab burner!!

Hope you enjoyed Kickmax, Kathy! I loved it on Sunday, but it left my legs pretty sore on Monday! (good sore!)

Chris, I didn't get a chance to respond to yesterday's thread, but I hope you had a better day today than yesterday. Your doctor sounds like he just didn't want to deal with it - not a very sympathetic response. Maybe it is the timing of your medication.

Kathy, I do like Amy's Kickboxing Xtreme. I can't really tell if her form is good or not, but so many people have said it's not that they're probably right! It's really more of a hi/lo workout with a kickboxing flair to me than strictly kickboxing. Great music and it's fun.

Randi, good workout today! I'm anxiously waiting for my replacement 4DS DVDs so I can use them.

Today was Amy's Hi/Lo Extreme. Fun. Too many interruptions from dog/kids, though. Why does the dog insist on laying in the middle of the floor when I'm working out??

I have an ambitious plan for tomorrow. I'm going to do the rest of the upper body split from Amy's Slo/Mo which is biceps, triceps and chest. Then I want to do a DVD I haven't opened yet, Jules Bensons Step and Core Pilates. It's about 30 minutes of step and then core work. I've decided I really need to do more abs/core work, especially as I get older. Things are not looking good in that area! :-( I'm off work tomorrow and the kids have no school, so I should have more time in the morning.

Joanne: Thanks for the input on kickbox xtreme. I haven't tried it yet. I have previewed it. I will get it a try. Today I added the cardio portion of Amy's cardio step pump..I liked that..My dog always decides he needs to go outside when I am in the middle of my workout.

Chris: Had a great workout and felt it greatly in those legs. Kickmax always does that. Love it!! Oh and I would find a new dr if mine talked to me that way!! Good job getting that workout in!!
 
So I had so much energy... I "scunci'd" (steam cleaned) half my kitchen floor on my hands and knees, and cleaned out a closet before making dinner! WEEEEE!!

I think I may crash early tonight...

I should probably find a new doctor, but they're not so easy to come by in Mass. The malpractice insurance cost or something. I guess I could ask my husband's doctor if he's accepting new patients. I don't know why or how we ended up with different doctors! LOL!
