March rotation?

my goal is fat loss so I'm hoping her rotation will be based on that. Maybe provide different rotations for differents goals??? is that too much to ask w/ all those tapes????

when she gives out the rotations are they given according to begginer, intermediate and advanced?

If you don't have one the videos in her rotations how do you chose to sub one out (get one in the same line)?

would you please post a link to previous rotations so I can see how it's done?
