Good Monday morning!
Phyllis-good workout! I havent' done the original IMax in MONTHS! I'll think of you tomorrow as I'm pounding the ground! LOL
Dutchie-I'll be adding running into this month's rotation as well! Enjoy spinning tonight.
This morning was Day 1 for me as well! I got up early and did the S&H chest & back. First time for me, and I really liked it. I found that I could go heavier than the ladies on the screen did, LOL.
I was going to add in a few miles running, but I simply did not feel like it, and I know better than to run when I just don't have that drive. So I skipped it and called my workout done. I MAY get on the TM later today for a hill walk, but maybe not. Depends.
