March rotation Mon Mar 6

Hi all,

For me it's day ONE. I'll be doing a modified version to accommodate my running, so I'll tell you what I'll be doing:

Mon: S&H chest/triceps+ abs (already done) and tonight I'll go to my spinning class.
Tue: 3K run + MM legs + KM legdrills and S&H shoulders in the evening
Wed: 9K run + Leaner Legs and in the evening S&H back/biceps
Thu: KPC
Fri: 7K run + S&H Legs
Sat: CTX-UB + poweryoga
Sun: 19K run + PLB UP premix and in the evening a relaxing yoga

It's been a while since I last did S&H but I love the slow count.

Phyllis-good workout! I havent' done the original IMax in MONTHS! I'll think of you tomorrow as I'm pounding the ground! LOL

Dutchie-I'll be adding running into this month's rotation as well! Enjoy spinning tonight.

This morning was Day 1 for me as well! I got up early and did the S&H chest & back. First time for me, and I really liked it. I found that I could go heavier than the ladies on the screen did, LOL.

I was going to add in a few miles running, but I simply did not feel like it, and I know better than to run when I just don't have that drive. So I skipped it and called my workout done. I MAY get on the TM later today for a hill walk, but maybe not. Depends.

Good Morning ladies!
Today on schedule for me was KPC, it is done. Yesterday was my standard rest day. My body really does well if I rest once per week, in fact my Monday workouts after the rest day are really energetic, and today was no exception. (begore starting Mar rotaion I a few runs, and Low Max and BC early in the week)

FYI the workout that has rwo S&H segments in it (Shoulders and bi's and tri's) was long for me! It was slow count overload in my head! I did it but omitted the abs because of time and it still took 80"!

Good Morning!

Today I am starting out on day one also with Chest and Back. I will add in some shoulder work too cuz I am due for it. May ride bikes into town again with DD/DS and friend.

Yesterday I did 3 sets of BBM using weights and worked out to Tri's/Bi's slow and heavy series. All took about 2 hours 45 mins.

Good morning. S+H Chest and Back complete. I've been doing endurance-based weight training for a while so I was pleased that I didn't need to back down on the weights today. Tonight I might fit in a short cardio just because I feel I need it.

Hi everyone...I will be starting day one today also...

When the kids go off to school I will begin the Slow and Heavy (my first time with this DVD)...I feel like I might need to add some cardio although I would rather not!

It sounds like all of you are going to add more cardio to this rotation...

Since my body is stubborn and wont shed the last 5 pounds I guess I better hit that treadmill!
 
Good workouts, everybody!

Judy-I am adding more cardio in where I feel I need it. Or WANT it! LOL. I'm a cardio junkie and could do it every single day. That's partly why I'm doing this rotation, to force me to do more heavy strength training. LOL

Hello ladies,

I am done working out for the day, wooohooo!! today was s& h chest and back. i also added 30 mins. on the treadmill.

Everyone is doing great!! I am really hoping to drop some bodyfat from this rotation.
