Good morning. I finished out week 1 with this morning's workout: S&H Legs and Core Max #1. Legs are FRIED! LOL. Love the S&H series so much!

How did everybody else make out? Have a great weekend, getting geared up for week #2!

Good day everyone. This morning I did S+H shoulders, legs, then coremax #1. I put off shoulders from earlier in the week because I didn't want to fry them before kickbox class.

It's such a pretty day today I think I'm going to take a run this afternoon. Right now I'm at work for a software implementation, bah! Hopefully I'll be out of here within a few hours.

Hi girls!

I need to do S & H legs and I am scared! I know it is going to be a killer! I did 45 minutes of treadmill yesterday but I need to do a Coremax today. I am looking forward to Sunday and a day off!

hello ladies,

today i did s & h legs and my legs are toast:) this was my first time doing this series and i loved it! i also added in abs and a 1/2 hr walk. tomorrow is my rest day, woohoo!
