Hi Everyone,

This month we’ll be doing a fun mix of strength and cardio workouts to keep our muscles and hearts pumping! Throughout the month if you find that you’re feeling too spent or sore for the next scheduled workout, please replace that workout with a recovery routine of your choice to restore length and flexibility. Eat well, stay hydrated, and have fun!

amazing "Cathe Live's" for us subscribers. xoxo
Enid Moy in the Cathletes Facebook group puts together Live rotations that mirror Cathe’s monthly DVD rotations. I don’t know if she’s active in these forums or not, but her rotations are excellent.
