Today I did Cardio Super Sets, but I did premix #5. I’ve never done this premix before .
I really enjoy the step portion
Last week I finished off February’s rotation.

my goal this year is to stick to Cathe’s rotation for the while year but I’m including a Live every week
 
Muscle Endurance!!!!!! Wow!!! It kicked my butt. The step ups with 16” step with 12lb dumbbell was intense….. but so good. The last sets I had to lower to 14” step.
then slowly doing the tricep dips burnt my triceps I could barely do 5lb kickbacks. This is such a great workout ️
