Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, March 17th at 9:15am EST, we'll be doing "Bun Burners, Barre & Ball" Live. Get ready to sculpt those buns and thighs like never before. We'll start with standing leg work and no equipment, then move on to barre work and finish with stability ball work.

Equipment needed:

A fitness barre (or stand alone chair)

A stability ball

A fitness mat
