Attention CatheLIVE subscribers , Thursday March 12, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Total Body Muscle” LIVE! A steady-paced total body medley of moves that build muscle and endurance! Let’s dive in and makes some muscles

Equipment needed:

A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 5-15’s… but feel free to use heavier or lighter if preferred)

A full-size step with two risers under each side (to be used as a weight bench only)

A mini mat for the step (or regular sized mat, if you don’t have one)

No, not for all, some exercises she (and I) used much lighter. I just meant the exercises where she recommended 10 kg that’s what I had been thinking or planning to use!

I shall just add this workout to my "live to grab list". This workout is just calling me, not just because of the 10kg recommendation:D;) The line up contain unilateral, asymetrical combination and isometrics move. Hmmm very much still on LMR2E trend and I am happy with that.
