Mar 16 Lower Body Rotation Check in

Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to check in and see what everyone did last night or today.

I did IMax 2 last night, BC cardio only, and PLB stability ball work..

Not sure what is on for tonight. I think I might just do a run. It is suppose to be in the low 60s... YIPPEE!!!

This morning was KP&C for me. Was sweating like a pig (not a very nice term) cause it's humid here today. Kickboxing is my favorite cardio so I really enjoyed myself.

Wow, 60 degrees in Utah! Enjoy.
 
Today I am going to do Imax 2. I am dreading it, I don't feel like I have that much energy. BUT...I know once I get started I will have fun!!

Hi ladies! I did KPC this morning as well - love that workout! I did 20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill at lunch and will do some ab work tonight. Tomorrow is PUB and more lunchtime treadmill work. Wonder how long it will take to start seeing some major results? Hope it's soon, because spring is almost here. :)

Great workout guys. Last night was Legs & Glutes *love* this workout. Tonight, PUB afterwards 20 minutes of cardio on my tread. I think I'm going to buy KPC, seems like a good workout. If its anything like Cardio Kicks then I must have it. Have a nice day.

You definetely need KPC.. I love it. DVD is great because the premixes of KPC and L&G are awesome!!!

I ended up doing Imax Extreme yesterday, skipping the weight sections. Today I am going to do L&G. I will do it as is, but some of the sections I will do twice. For some reason when I do the Imaxes, it gives me a headache. Tension headache. The Extreme seemed to work better with the C&W sections in there to bring it down some.

Hi

I did a run last night. An easy 6.2 miles. I was going to do the Boot Camp core, but felt a little sore and tired.

I have a 5K race today at lunchtime and then I will probably do PP upper body 2 sets tonight. Or I might sub C&W for SJP this week and do that tonight..

How is everyone feeling? I feel like this rotation is working and I love the way my uppper body is responding...

Hi girls,

Beverly, how can a 6.2 mile run be easy? You are amazing.

Did SP&J Hi/Lo with weights this a.m. I am really enjoying this almost as much as KP&C. At least one part of my upper body is sore every day but it's okay cause I know it's working. My hamstrings are looking much better!

I'm getting really excited about the results.

Beverly, nice run . I love to run myself it really helps to tone the lower doesn’t it? Keep up the good work everyone. Spring is just around the corner.

Tomorrow IMAX 1 or 2, I really haven’t done 2 in awhile just may go for that one. How a great day all!
