Good morning, mamas!
Kate and Clarissa--your baby pictures are SOOOOO yummy! Kate, that drool is hilarious! I can SO relate! I've given up on trying to keep Charlie in dry shirts! I love the color of that room your baby's picture was taken in, btw.
Maggie--I'm sorry about your ankle. Boy do I empathize. Does it bother you when you do leg weight work? Let us know what the doc says.
Wendy--I also live in yoga pants. Sorry your playdate people stood you up. How rude! I hope you have lots of sun there today so you can go to the park!
Lisa--How's your cold? I hope you're feeling better. Did you get your dd her present?

Well, it's raining here today so I'm thinking Oliver's soccer practice will be canceled tonight. I kind of hope so. The local Y is renting soccer fields from this guy who has lots of land, so they are kind of rugged, and we parents have to drive along a dirt path to get to the fields. Not fun after it's been raining and the dirt path is a mud path.
I'm hoping to get a workout in today, but quite frankly, I've just had so much trouble finding the time in the day to do it. What a copout, right? Eating is good, just eating TOO MUCH. I made baked tilapia with wheat cous cous and asparagus last night, and it was SO good. If I hadn't have had BREAD and wine with it. Ugh. Anyway, I'm feeling a lot better/more energetic just by cleaning up the eating. I fit into some jeans yesterday. (I had bought them for after the baby, so they were a lot bigger than my old size, but I hadn't been able to wear them out in public until yesterday. Yay! Baby steps ...)
Anyway... I'm posting a picture of Charlie that is a few weeks old. I need to download newer ones off of my camera, but until then, here's my little chub:
