Making the week 6 workouts instead of 3

I'm just getting back on the horse and I'm wondering. I'd like to lift for 30 minutes 6 days a week. Has anyone else split the workouts into 2? Would you recommend it?

Once I'm back in the routine I'll likely move to 60 minute sessions but to get going .... Also, I'm looking at the 5.5 month rotation.

Hi,

I am sure it is doable, I split them into one body part per day once, a long time ago, so anything is possible! I would print the workout sheets, and mark where you will "end" a session at approximately the half way mark, and see how that works.
