Hi Cathe, I have one question for you. First, I want to tell you I pre-ordered and I absolutely can't wait for this to arrive! The only thing I'm wondering is - once I complete STS and I look good and toned (hopefully!), can I just move on to your regular rotations and maintain everything that I worked for in STS? Good luck to you and your crew with the completion of the new series!
