Maintaining Muscles

Good Afternoon,

My goal at the moment is to to maintain my upper body muscles/ definition and work on leaning out my legs. I have 5 days to work out so I basically do 2 cardios and 3 weight workouts. I was wondering if someone could give me some ideas on a rotation. Last week and thus week I did 2 total body's and 1 leg wo and then I ran on the treadmill twice. I also did some abs on cardio days. I'm working out in the gym at work so I have about an hour to get it done. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
I, and many others here, had great success using the LIS to lean out our legs. There have been quite a few reports on this since that series came out. If you have that set, try the rotation that Cathe published for a couple of months. That, and a clean, clean diet, would hopefully give you the results you are seeking.

ETA you could also try the Rock Bottoms rotation, which is specifically for toning the lower body. I've not seen as much on the results on that, and it's a few years old, but I have found that Cathe's rotations are good and do what they promise to do!
