Magic Bullet

I got mine on EBAY and I think I paid close to $50 for it. My DD talked me into it and I love it! I use it for smoothies and to grind my flaxseed. I store the ground flax in the small cup w/lid. Whenever the kids a looking for a snack, I remind them about using the MB. They love OJ and banana, or yogurt and banana. You can try many different combos. Also, it's small, powerful and easy to clean. Most of the parts are dishwasher safe. I wish I had a few extra cups and might look into that. I havent used the juicer or extractor yet. One of these days I'll give them a try. All in all, an exellent purchase! Phyllis

I just got one from my mom. She saw the infomercial, and apparently they were having some sort of special where if you ordered it right then you would receive two for the price of one. She gave the extra one to me. I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure I will this week. Glad to see so many of you enjoy it. Usually I use my immersion blender for smoothies --it works great, but it sometimes leaves ice chunks.
 
They are on sale this week at Kohls. I think they are "buy one get one 50% off" but I may be remembering incorrectly so double check that info!
 
I got mine for xmas. I haven't used it for anything but smoothies yet, I have a Black n Decker mini chopper that I love to used for chopping veggies, etc. I do like it though.
 
Good Grief!!!! }( ;-) ;-) I've been sitting on the fence about buying this even though DH has wanted it since he first saw it on TV, now you guys have pushed me over the edge.

You must promise me to give me some of your recipes, okay? ;)

They are on sale at Kohls buy one get one half price. I just ordered. And the shipping is much cheaper than ebay or the magic bullet site (which was $29.00). Can not wait to get it !!!! Thanks for all your input.

Sorry, but I'm confused. Isn't this just a blender???? I have a blender and it makes great smoothies and protein shakes. What more does this thing do??

Hi Heather, I don't all the details, but you can microwave with it, make single servings of things, it chops, juices, and everything goes in the dishwasher.
For example: you can grind/chop/whatever, say...cheeses, pop the whole container in the microwave, and wha la...cheese sauce. Then throw it in the dishwasher. Saves on messing up a lot of dishes and pans in the kitcehn. I can't do that with my blender.
Looks like this is one of my "gotta have it" things. LOL
