Thank you for asking. I was wondering and hadn't had a chance to ask myself. Can't wait to hear the answer.

I'm also curious about the calorie counts that are listed when you plug in a workout, whether they are a generic number or calculated based on your personal stats that you have entered. I certainly wish I burned as many calories as the program gives me, but according to my HRM it's not so.
